At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered by this Court in CWP-35478-2025, vide order dated 29.11.2025, therefore, the present writ petition can be disposed of in the same terms.

On an advance notice, Ms. Gurmeet Kaur Gill, Sr. Panel Counsel, has caused appearance on behalf of respondent no.1-UOI, and Ms. Diksha Sharma, Advocate, has caused appearance on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3, through a validly executed power of attorney in her favour. The same is taken on record.
