Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment, on account of death of his father, in a time bound manner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the matter has already been considered by the authorities and appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds has been approved, but no formal order has been issued as yet. The petitioner got issued legal notice dated 14.12.2017 (Annexure P6), which is still pending decision. Notice of motion.
