       Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 18.03.2021 passed by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 6298 of 2021, the petitioners were permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Punjab Pollution Control Board for mitigation of their grievances and even though they have submitted a complaint/representation to the Board, the matter has not made any tangible progress.

However, after arguing for some time, he prays for withdrawal of this petition to enable the petitioners to pursue their complaint/representation, that is pending consideration and who shall even move an application for early adjudication of the issues raised by them.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondentAState of Punjab submits that he would inform the Punjab Pollution Control Board to look into the matter and deal with it expeditiously.
