Present writ petition is for setting aside inquiry dated 28.07.2016 (Annexure P1), whereby petitioner was held to have caused loss to the Gram Panchayat to the tune of Rs.47,26,266/- and order dated 20.06.2018 (Annexure P9), passed by the Block Development & Panchayat Officer, Saraswati Nagar (Yamuna Nagar), whereby petitioner was directed to deposit the aforesaid amount within 15 days. The petitioner has approached this Court without exhausting the legal remedy available with him. As such present writ petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
