Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that the parties have since settled their disputes and the petitioner does not have any imminent threat at the hands of respondent Nos.6 to 8. Mr. Sukhdeep Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.6 to 8 and has also reiterated that the parties have since compromised the matter.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
