Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in the petition, petitioner has made representations, Annexure P-4 & P-5. Advance copy of the petition has been supplied to Mr. Arvind Sethi who accepts notice on behalf of respondent-HSVP. He submits that he has instructions to submit that a decision shall be taken on the representation, Annexure P-4 at the earliest, in any case not later than two months. A speaking order shall be passed which shall be conveyed to the petitioner immediately after the decision is taken.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed off.
