RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) This order shall dispose of aforesaid two writ petitions since identical questions of facts and law are involved but for the sake of convenience, the facts are being extracted from CWP No.4523 of 2014. This petition is filed for seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 10.9.2012 passed by respondent No.4 and dated 24.7.2013 passed by respondent No.3 vide which the sale deed of the petitioner has not been registered because of the defect in the title of the vendor.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has to get his title cleared qua the property in dispute from the
CWP No.2940 of 2014 #2# Civil Court at the first instance by filing a civil suit which otherwise has been filed, therefore, at this stage he may be allowed to withdraw these petitions.
