(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.0009 dated 16.1.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 323, 34, 354-A (Section 354- IPC deleted), 406, 498-A and 506 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Bhiwani, District Bhiwani, on merits. Learned counsel for the State has informed that the charges in the case have yet not been framed and the next date fixed before the learned trial Court is 27.5.2014 for framing of charges and it is open for the petitioner to raise all these please before the learned trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however, with liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned trial Court. Permitted to do so.
