Present writ petition is for quashing of order dated 24.01.2017 (Annexure P1), whereby services of the petitioner were terminated. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that termination of the petitioner is on account of insignificant ground and the appointing authority has not considered the fact that it was practically impossible to achieve the target and still passed the order. Even the learned Industrial Tribunal has not considered these facts.

Having considered the fact that petitioner was issued charge sheet to which she had duly responded and thereafter, regular enquiry was conducted wherein petitioner was duly associated and she was given an opportunity to lead her defence evidence.
