The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of medical certificates (Annexures P-6 & P-7) whereby she has been declared medically unfit. 2.

The advertisement in question was made in 2015 and thereafter appointment took place in 2016. More than 07 years have expired and the petitioner has applied for the post of Constable. The petitioner, at this belated stage, cannot be considered for the said post especially when she has been rejected on medical ground.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law.
