Present writ petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal to consider representation dated 05.06.2017 (Annexure P2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner, who is resident of village Mussepur, Tehsil Indri, District Karnal, had filed a complaint against respondent No.5-Kavita Rani, who is Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat and on the basis of that, enquiry was conducted by respondent No.3-Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Indri, who had submitted his report on 22.08.2017 (Annexure P3) with the finding that Sarpanch is liable to make payment of Rs.96,623/-. But no action has been taken thereon. Thereafter, petitioner had made a representation dated 05.06.2017 (Annexure P2) before respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, but still no action has been taken.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to Mr. Mulwani during the course of the day.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal to look into the representation dated 05.06.2017 (Annexure P2) and take required action thereon as pr law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
