Flooring in various streets of Village Chak Khund Wala, Mohakam Araian (Dhani Jaj Singh) & Lakho Wali, Block Jalalabad, District Fazilka along with interest. On 12.09.2019, the complete paper book was handed over to the learned State counsel to have instructions. Today, learned State counsel has produced a receipt PRINCE SAINI 2022.05.13 13:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.20839 of 2019(O&M)  issued by the petitioner-Company under signature of the proprietor that full and final payment of work done by the petitioner-Company has been received vide cheque No.000749 dated 10.05.2022. The receipt is taken on record and the same be attached at an appropriate place in the paper book. In view of aforesaid receipt, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.
