This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 53, dated 9.4.2021, under Section 302 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot. After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
