RAKESH KUMAR JAIN,J (ORAL) This petition is filed only for issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus whereas it is found from the record that an impugned order dated 28.10.2015 (Annexure P.6) has also been passed, therefore, the writ in the present form is not maintainable as the petitioner is required to challenge the impugned order as well by seeking a writ of Certiorari. In view of the aforesaid, present petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
