Versus
State of Punjab and others ..Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE DAYA CHAUDHARY
Present:
Dr. Surya Parkash, Advocate for the petitioner.
*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that his case was recommended for promotion subject to approval of Department of Finance whereas the case of Engineer Pardeep Garg as Process Engineer was considered without having any approval of Finance Department.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner has not been considered only on the ground that financial implication of `2000/- per month is involved whereas no such approval was obtained in case of other persons while considering their case for promotion. The petitioner has also made representation to respondent No.1 on 30.05.2016 but no order has been passed so far. The petitioner would be satisfied in case directions are issued by this Court to respondent No.1 to consider representation dated 30.05.2016 (Annexure P-3). Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present Neetu Rani 2016.12.17 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
