(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the FIR No. 80, dated 20.09.2015, under Section 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, and 384, 120-B IPC at Police Station Banur, Polie Station Patiala qua respondents No.7 to 12 and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom and Re-registering the same under Section 376(D), 342 IPC against the real accused persons. A further prayer for handing over the enquiry in the aforesaid FIR to some independent agency preferable to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has also been made. 2.

After arguing for sometime, the petitioner prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.
