***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant him total 10 marks under socio economic per criteria in advertisement No.5/2019 (Annexure P-1) and recommend his name for appointment to the post of Clerk. Learned counsel for the petitioner also relies on an order dated 05.10.2021 passed by this Court in CWP-10860-2020 titled 'Sumit Versus Haryana Staff Sélection Commission'.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, points out that the result for the post of Clerk advertised vide advertisement No.5/2019, (Annexure P-1) impugned herein, has been quashed vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in CWP No.15672-2021 titled as "Amit Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others" wherein it has been directed that the Commission shall carry out re-evaluation of all the candidates across board who had participated in the selection process and declare their result and prepare fresh merit list after carrying out re-evaluation.

In view of the aforesaid, instant writ petition is disposed of in terms of CWP No.15672-2021 ibid. While considering the case of the petitioner afresh, order/Judgement dated 05.10.2021 ibid passed in CWP10860-2020 be also gone through and if applicable, benefit of the same be given to the petitioner.
