Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to give effect to the order dated 20.03.2017 (Annexure P11), passed by respondent No.4-Commandant, 103 Battalion, Rapid Action Force, Central Reserve Police Force, as the same is not being implemented. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for this purpose, petitioner has already got issued legal notice dated 11.02.2018 (Annexure P12), but no action has been taken thereon by now.
