PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to take legal action on the representation/complaint dated 29.06.2019 and 03.07.2019 preferred by the petitioner.

As per the averments made in the short reply filed by way of affidavit of Sucha Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, SubDivision Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5, it has been stated as under :- "7.

That the above said case FIR No.62 dated 30.06.2019 and cross case DDR No.35 dated 08.01.2020 are at the investigation stage and there is sufficient evidence against all the accused and they are likely to be convicted in the present DEEPAK KUMAR 2022.12.15 17:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-32593-2019 -2case. After completion of investigation the final report under section 173 Cr.P.C. will be submitted in the Court as soon as possible."

Ld. State Counsel further submits that pursuant thereto report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. stands filed before the concerned Court. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as nothing remains to be adjudicated at the hands of this Court.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
