Through instant petition, preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents No.2 to 8 to consider the claim of handicapped conveyance allowance of the petitioner in all pensionary benefits. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that though petitioner moved various representations including representation dated 23.11.2017 (P-10) but till date neither any reply has been received nor any final order has been passed by the respondent(s).

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondents to decide aforesaid representation (P-10) in a time bound manner. 4.
