(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that reply to show cause notice dated 05.06.2023 under Section 51(3)(b) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 has been filed by the elected Sarpanch on 15.06.2023. An appropriate order is yet to be passed by the competent authority.

In view of the aforesaid facts, he seeks to withdraw this petition at this stage.
