**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 6 to execute the order dated 21st October, 2016 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No.1. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the physical possession of the secured asset i.e. DSS # 377, Sector 8, Panchkula, Haryana, has been delivered to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer was made that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 3.
