(Oral) The petitioner's grievance in the instant writ petition is against non-adjudication of its claim for awarding interest on the refund granted to it in respect of the tax levied under the Haryana Value Added Tax Act 2003. The petitioner's case is that the aforesaid tax was erroneously levied and pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the same has been refunded but without any interest thereon. The petitioner thereafter raised the claim before respondent No.6 vide representation-cum-notice dated 28.01.2015 for the award of interest. As no decision has been taken thereupon, the instant writ petition has been filed.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of relief sought but without expressing any views on merits of the petitioner's claim, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.12.22 15:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
