(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the order dated 11.09.2017 (Annexure P16), issued by respondent No.1, whereby, the petitioner company has been debarred from participating in the tender of Haryana Medical Services Corporation Ltd. for a period of three years. Besides this, a further prayer for direction to respondent no.1 not to forfeit the bid security and to withdraw the copies of the order/correspondence dated 11.09.2017 stated to be written to the various Health Corporations of different States as envisaged in the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he had appeared before the authorities, who had passed the debarring order and made certain observations against him. He further prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for expunging the remarks as well as on merits of the controversy involved therein.
