**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing of the order dated 27.07.2018 (appended as Annexure P-4), passed by the respondent under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act'). A further prayer for issuing direction to the respondent to maintain the status quo regarding immovable properties, has been made.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition. However, it was prayed that liberty be granted to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall be open for the petitioners to take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to them, in accordance with law.
