(ORAL) Prayer in this revision petition is for setting aside impugned orders dated 15.09.2020 and 30.09.2020 passed by learned Judge Special Court, Sangrur and the petitioner be released on bail under Section 167 (2) Cr.P.C., in case FIR No.70, dated 20.03.2020, under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition on the ground that the trial has already concluded and the petitioner has been convicted in this case.
