CM-4544 and 4545-CWP-2021in/and CWP-22101-2017 (O&M) -2CM-4545 CWP-2021 This is an application for withdrawal of the main case i.e. CWP-22101 of 2017 on the ground that substantial relief prayed for in the writ petition has been granted and only the prayer regarding grant of relief from the retrospective date with consequential benefits remains, qua which the petitioners have been assured of sympathetic consideration. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself.

CWP-22101-2017 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case the remaining benefits so claimed are not given to the petitioners. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
