***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide pensionary benefits and other dues to petitioner No.1, who is legally wedded wife of deceased Manohar Lal, Sweeper as well as to consider the case of petitioner No.2 for job on compassionate ground in place of his father deceased. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though petitioners moved various representations including latest representation dated 29.08.2017 (Annexure P-10) were moved to the respondents but till no conscious decision has been taken. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent(s) to look into the grievances ventilated by the petitioners in their representation dated 29.08.2017 (Annexure P-10) and to decide the same, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

However, if the petitioners still feel aggrieved of the order passed by the concerned authority, they shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
