CM-4499-CII-2023 This is an application seeking interim orders in favour of the applicant-petitioner against the coercive steps ordered by the Family Court vide order Annexure A-1.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, however, states that the revision petition itself has become infructuous and the same may be ordered to be dismissed as such.

With the consent of the learned counsel, the main case is taken on Board today itself.
