***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to reimburse the medical claim of the petitioner, which has been withheld by the respondents authorities without any rhyme and reason.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent(s) to decide the legal notice dated 25.07.2017 (Annexure P-3) within a stipulated period. 3.
