As per averments made in the petition, both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 1.1.2004 as mentioned in Aadhar card, appended with the petition as Annexure P1, whereas the date of birth of the petitioner No.2 is mentioned as year 2000 in Aadhar card as annexed with the petition as Annexure P2.
