(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on the ground that during the pendency of the present petition, the respondent No. 1-workman, namely Diwan Singh, has died and vide impugned order dated 11.10.2019 published on 19.02.2020 (Annexure P-4), the only direction issued by the Tribunal was for reinstatement of respondent No. 1-workman with continuity in service but without the benefit of back wages and as the workman has already died, he cannot be reinstated in service, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. Ordered accordingly.
