The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to lay the RCC Storm Waterline to provide the relief from water logging problem to the residents of LIG and MIG Houses of Phase-XI, SAS Nagar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afroesaid.
