Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of direction to the respondents for payment of pending dues to the petitioner in view of the provisions of MGNREGA Act, 2005.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law.
