(ORAL) This dispute relates to the selection of Lambardar of village Bharawas, District Rewari and the petitioner has challenged the orders dated 14.10.2010 and 15.01.2014 whereby his appointment as Lambardar has been set aside.

  Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that otherwise the orders are completely illegal but in case the other private respondents accept that the claim of the petitioner should also be considered he would not press this petition on merits and would subject himself to a fresh selection.

Learned counsel for the respondents have fairly accepted this offer.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Rewari to consider the claim of all the three parties before this Court on merits and pass a fresh orders in accordance with law.
