Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court by passing order in CWP No. 2158-2020 - 'Ashish Sharma and others v. State of Haryana and others', alongwith other connected cases, decided on 13.03.2024 and prays that the present petitions may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions.
