(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 36 dated 30.03.2024 registered under Sections 346; 363, 366, 376 and 120-B IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, added later on, at Police Station Sujanpur, District and Tehsil Pathankot. After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner, learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage.

Permitted to do so.
