Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to order dated 24.08.2022, the petitioner has appeared before the learned trial Court and deposited costs of Rs.30,000/- as directed and now the trial is proceeding in the matter. It is submitted that in view of the above compliance, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

Learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Ashwani Kumar does not dispute the above said facts.

In view of the above admitted position, present petition is disposed of being rendered infructuous.
