KRISHNA MURARI, C.J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners made a statement that since the construction of the entire Judicial Court Complex as well as the Lawyers Chambers at Mohali is complete and possession thereof has already been delivered long back, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail such remedy as may be available to them, for they being eligible were entitled to allotment of chambers. The prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
