Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent-Authorities are not taking any decision on the application moved by the petitioners seeking a licence to sell frozen poultry/fish products. It is submitted that petitioners have been carrying on this business for nearly 35 years. Legal notice dated 19.09.2015, Annexure P 3 has also been served upon the respondents but to no avail. At this stage, it is prayed that respondents be directed to decide the abovesaid legal notice dated 19.09.2015 Annexure P3, served upon them by the petitioners in a time bound manner.
