**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) CM-3571-CWP-2025 The present application has been filed by the petitioner for fixing the actual date of hearing of the present writ petition as the case was ordered to be adjourned sine die on 25.07.2024.

Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. Consequently, the main writ petition is taken up for hearing today itself. CM-3566-CWP-2025 The prayer in the present application filed by the petitioner is for placing on record Annexure P-12 Keeping in view the averments mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Copy of Annexures P-12 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner SAPNA GOYAL 2025.03.21 14:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-17283-2024 (O&M) -2submits that the objection raised by the Information Commission, Punjab in the second appeal will be removed by the petitioner but he further prays that the Information Commission be directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner as soon as possible.

Mr. TPS Chawla, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and he submits that in case, the petitioner removes the all the objections raised by the Information Commission Punjab, the second appeal filed by the petitioner will be decided by the authority concerned in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice.

Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel , learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 5.

Ordered accordingly.
