  **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant benefit of selection grade of 7500-12000 w.e.f. 01.01.1996 instead of 01.08.2000 to the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 02.05.2019, the Secretary, Government of Haryana, has already granted the selection grade to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.1996. He, thus, does not press this petition.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Dismissed as not pressed.
