HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J A direction is sought directing respondent Nos.2 & 3 to arrest private respondent Nos.4 to 8 in case FIR No.141 dated 24.06.2020 registered under Sections 457,380 IPC at P.S Khui Khera, District Fazilka. It is stated that a theft was committed in the house of the petitioner on 19.09.2019 and the alleged FIR was registered in this regard. Grievance raised by the petitioner is that she is being repeatedly threatened by the accused persons and pressurized to compromise the matter. She apprehends danger to her life and liberty at the hands of private respondents. In this regard, the petitioner is stated to have submitted a representation (P.2) addressed amongst others to Sr. Supdt of Police, Fazilka-respondent No.2 but no action thereon has been taken as yet.

Without in any way commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the said representation and take appropriate action as may be warranted in law.
