(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 14, 19(1)(g), 20 and 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for setting aside the order dated 24.11.2015 (Annexure P-16), putting the petitioner-company on holiday list and also holding that no action is contemplated in spite of representation made by the petitioner on 16.05.2017 (Annexure P-19) supply copy of the reply dated 15.10.2015 (Annexure P-18) which was submitted pursuant to the show cause notice dated 06.10.2015 (Annexure P-12), as the respondents came with the contention that they had not received the reply dated 15.10.2015 (Annexure P-13).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, as inadvertently, the order passed on 24.01.2017 appended as Annexure P-17 has not been assailed though the petitioner is aggrieved against it. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, by challenging the order dated 24.01.2017 as well, in accordance with law.
