The present writ petition was filed challenging the order dated 18.07.2018 whereby request of the petitioner for grant of change of land use certificate was rejected.

Learned counsel for the respondents pointed out that simultaneously the petitioner filed statutory appeal against the order impugned before this Court, which is still pending. Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in case the appellate order is passed against the petitioner.
