RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.13, dated 07.03.2022, under Sections 509 IPC and Sections 66(c ), 66 (D), 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at District Crime Wing, Police Station Punjab State Cyber Crime, SAS Nagar, Mohali, alongwith all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, dated 19.08.2022, Annexure P-2, arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. August 24, 2022 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
