In this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned order/notice No.54 dated Nil (Annexure P-5) and impugned notice dated 25.09.2017 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.4 being illegal, arbitrary and not legally sustainable in the eyes of law. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties submitted that since the accounts and vehicle have been released and thus, in view thereof, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. 3.
