(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that so far as claim of the petitioner for ACP was concerned, a clear stand has been taken in the written statement filed on behalf of respondent No.3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the specific stand taken in para 2 of the preliminary objections of the written statement filed on behalf of respondent No.3, no final action is being taken considering the claim of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to pass an appropriate order, issuing appropriate direction to respondent No.4 to grant the benefit of ACP to the petitioner, within a reasonable time. Civil Writ Petition No. 4035 of 2013 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Director of Secondary Education, Haryana-respondent No.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the claim of the petitioner in view of the clear stand taken in preliminary objection No.2 of the written statement filed on behalf of respondent No.3, at an early date by passing an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
