The present petition has been filed for allowing the petitioner to appear in the CUET (UG)-2025 entrance exam, which examination has already been held on 14.05.2025, after being postponed from 10.05.2025. 2.

Once, the said entrance exam has already been held, there is no question of entertaining the claim of the petitioner so as to allow the petitioner to appear in the said entrance examination. Even no prayer has been made in the present petition that a special entrance examination should be conducted for the petitioner, hence, taking into consideration the fact that no such prayer has been made as well as the fact that the entrance RIYA 2025.07.02 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-17027-2025 (O&M) examination in which the participation is being sought by the petitioner has already been conducted, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 3.

Further, on the last date of hearing i.e. 04.06.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment. Today also, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Probably, as of now, petitioner must have lost the interest in pursuing the present remedy. 4.

Keeping in view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
