******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner filed representation (Annexure P-6) before Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) for conducting fair and proper investigation in case FIR No.142 dated 02.06.2019 registered at Police Station Jandiala for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 452, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) to look into grievance of petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to the petitioner from any legal action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against him in accordance with law.
